Summertime Love

 "We are Bleubeard and Elizabeth and are delighted and honored to be invited again to host Art Journal Journey. Bleubeard is the face of our blog and I create the art. You can find us at

Summertime. What images come to mind? It’s hard to resist the love of summer, because there are so many activities to participate in. School is out and families are planning holidays/vacations. For those of you who live in the southern hemisphere, summer may be a distant memory, but I’m sure you can remember good times you had when the sun beat down on your face, your hair lightened, and you couldn’t wait to don sandals and flip-flops on the weekend. So either think back or think ahead about what summertime love means to you. Of course, if you’re stuck for topics, all you have to do is look at the heart for inspiration. Then please join me for a month of warmth and love as we embrace summer in our art journals, altered books, and large loose journal pages."

And PLEASE remember to take a look at our rules, only linked artwork larger than DIN A 6 --- approximately  10x15 cm---4 x 6 inches will be accepted.

  wieder für die Betreuung eines MONATS bei Art Journal Journey gewinnen konnte. Sie hat als Thema "Summertime Love" für uns gewählt. Kaum jemand kann sich dem Reiz des "Sommers" entziehen, der als Thema unendlich viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Gib Dich also mit *Elizabeth* dem Sommer hin. Für alle, denen es an Ideen mangelt hat *Elizabeth* zahlreiche inspirierende Begriffe auf  ihrer Beispielseite im Herz eingearbeitet!
